The Legal System For Investment In Algeria

Abstract
Abstract: The legal system for investment in Algeria has known significant development derived mainly from the development and transformation of the economy from a directed to a modern economy towards openness of market, and on this basis, investment is considered as a very important topic, whether on the national or international scene. Like other countries, Algeria is striving to create a legal environment that allows attracting investors, given that the legal climate is an essential factor in directing and encouraging investment, and through this article, we will discuss the legal system for investment in Algeria varying between incentives and obstacles, within the framework of previous laws, with a focus on the new mechanisms and mechanisms introduced by the new investment law. Keywords: الملخص: عرف النظام القانوني للاستثمار في الجزائر تطورا معتبرا مستمدا أساسا من تطور وتحويل الاقتصاد من اقتصاد موجه إلى اقتصاد حديث يتجه نحو انفتاح السوق، وعلى هذا الأساس يعتبر الاستثمار موضوعا في غاية الأهمية، سواء على الساحة الوطنية أو الدولية، تسعى الجزائر كغيرها من الدول الأخرى إلى خلق بيئة قانونية تسمح بجذب المستثمرين، على اعتبار أن المحيط القانوني يعد عاملا أساسيا في توجيه الاستثمار وتشجيعه، ومن خلال هذه المقالة سنناقش النظام القانوني للاستثمار في الجزائر بين المحفزات والمعوقات، في إطار القوانين السابقة، مع التركيز على الآليات والميكانيزمات التي جاء بها قانون الاستثمار الجديد. ا
