الملخص

في ظل الثورة الرقمية المعولمة الهائلة التي يشهدها العالم بأسره في طليعة الألفية الثالثة، وفي طل انفتاح الاقتصاد الجزائري على الأسواق العالمية والأجنبية، كان لزاما على كل مؤسساتنا وخاصة الصناعية منها الانفتاح على مواكبة ومسايرة هذا الحراك وهذا التوجه والمسعى التنموي الجديد التي تتبناه الجزائر، وهذا من خلال عقد اتفاقيات شراكة جادة وطموحة مع المؤسسات الأجنبية والمؤسسات المتعددة الجنسيات بما تحمله من ميزات للاستفادة من خبراتها وتجاربها وهذا من أجل تعظيم وتطوير منتجات ومخرجات مؤسساتنا الصناعية بما يعود بعظيم النفع على الأفراد والمؤسسات والمجتمع الجزائري بصفة عامة، وفي هذا الصدد سوف نقوم بهذه الورقة البحثية والتي تعد دراسة كيفية وقراءة نظرية لتحليل أهم المؤشرات والآثار التي ستجنيها مؤسساتنا الصناعية المحلية أثناء الاحتكاك بالشريك الأجنبي، والتي لا محالة سوف تتعدى وتنعكس أثارها على تطوير نسق وسير المؤسسة الصناعية الجزائرية، بما يزيد من جودتها وقدرتها التنافسية. In the era of digitalization, the Algerian economic opened at global and foreign markets. Therefore, the Algerian enterprises followed this tendency, especially the industrial ones. As a result, many partnership agreements were established between Algerian enterprises and foreign, multinational enterprises, to benefit from its expertise and experience, in order to maximize and develop the products and outputs of our industrial enterprises in a way that brings great benefits to individuals, enterprises and Algerian society in general. However, these partnerships are having significant effects on the Algerian industrial enterprises, which can exceed and reflect on the pattern and functioning to increase its quality and competitiveness. In this paper, which is a qualitative study and a theoretical reading, aims to analyze the most important indicators and the positive effects that our local industrial enterprises will reap during contact with the foreign partner.
