مؤشرات التقييم الداخلي لنمو المؤسسات الناشئة المحتضنة، دراسة تطبيقية على حاضنة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

الملخص
تسعى هذه الدراسة الى تحديد أهم المؤشرات المؤثرة في نمو المؤسسات الناشئة المحتضنة محل الدراسة حيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره الانسب لهدا النوع من الدراسات ومنه وظفنا أداة المقابلة مع المرافقين (مسيري ومدربي) الحاضنة محل الدراسة، وهم يمثلون العينة المجتمعية، وقد توصلنا أن كل من المؤشرات شروط الاحتضان و عوامل الدعم لدى الحاضنة محل الدراسة محققة جزئيا هذا قد يكون راجع إلى تركيبة المرافقين، بين المسيرين ذو نظرة الإدارية والمدربين ذو نظرة ميدانية، أما بالنسبة الى مؤشر عوامل التدريب فهي محققة بمستوى عال قد يرجع الى حرص المرافقين على الاهتمام بهذا النوع من الاحتياجات التكوينية اتجاه هذه الفئة من المؤسسات . This study seeks to identify the most important indicators influencing the growth of the incubated startups under study. In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach as the most appropriate for this type of studies, and from it we employed the interview tool with the companions (managers and trainers) of the incubator under study, and they represent the community sample. That each of the indicators, the incubation conditions and the support factors of the incubator under study, are partially achieved. This may be due to the composition of the companions, between the managers with an administrative view and the trainers with a field view. As for the indicator of the training factors, they are achieved at a high level, which may be due to the keenness of the attendants to pay attention This type of formative needs towards this category of institution .
