"تأثير صدمات أسعار البترول على التضخم في الجزائر":دراسة قياسية خلال الفترة (1990- 2019)

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة و تحليل أثر تغيرات أسعار البترول على معدل التضخم في الجزائر خلال الفترة( 1990 -2019 ) ، وهذا باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي الهيكلي(SVAR)وتحليل دوال الاستجابة الهيكلية وتحليل مكونات التباين الهيكلي، يعتمد نموذج الدراسة على المتغيرات التالية : معدل التضخمIF(المتغير التابع ) ، أسعار النفط oil sو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي Gdp(المتغيرات المستقلة ) . توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة سببية أحادية الاتجاه من أسعار البترول باتجاه التضخم في الجزائر، أي أن هناك علاقة بين صدمات أسعار النفط وتغيرات معدل التضخم ولكن بنسبة ضعيفة وهذا راجع لكون التضخم في الجزائر هو عبارة عن تضخم مستورد لا يعكس النظرية النقدية في الاقتصاد، اظافة إلى جود علاقة بين صدمات الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والصدمات التي تصيب أسعار النفط وهذا ما يبرر أن الاقتصاد الجزائري اقتصاد ريعي بامتياز وهو رهينة التقلبات التي تصيب أسعار النفط . This research paper aims to study and analyze the impact of oil price changes on the inflation rate in Algeria during the period (1990-2019), using the structural autoregressive model (SVAR), the analysis of structural response functions and the analysis of structural variance components. The study model depends on the following variables: Inflation rate IF (dependent variable), oil prices, and GDP (independent variables). Through this study, we concluded that there is a one-way causal relationship from oil prices towards inflation in Algeria, that is, there is a relationship between oil price shocks and changes in the inflation rate, but at a weak rate, and this is due to the fact that inflation in Algeria is imported inflation that does not reflect the monetary theory in the economy. , In addition to the existence of a relationship between the shocks of the GDP and the shocks that affect oil prices, and this justifies that the Algerian economy is a rentier economy par excellence and is hostage to fluctuations that affect oil prices .
