الملخص
ناقشت الدراسة الدور السياسي لاتحاد مجالس الطلبة في الجامعات الفلسطينية والمعيقات الجوهرية التي تقف أمام المجالس الطلابية في القيام بمهماتها تجاه قطاع الطلبة، وهو القطاع الأهم في المجتمع الفلسطيني المتمثل في الشباب الذي حمل على عاتقه النضال بشقيه السياسي والمقاوم لمواجهة ومقارعة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الذي يستهدف هذه الفئة في الدرجة الأولى من ممارساته الوحشية والقمعية ضد أبناء الشعب الفلسطيني. وتستهدف هذه الفئة أيضًا من قبل أجهزة السلطة الفلسطينية من حيث محاصرة قادة الطلاب وأعضاء مجالس الطلبة وملاحقتهم واعتقالهم، وتعاني مجالس الطلبة أيضًا من المضايقات والحد من دورها سياسيًا ونقابيًا من قبل إدارات الجامعات التي تتعاون مع السلطة الفلسطينية وذلك من خلال تقليص ومحاصرة مهام مجالس الطلبة. The study discussed the political role of the Union of Student Councils in Palestinian Universities and the fundamental obstacles facing the Student Councils in carrying out their duties towards the student sector. It is the most important sector in Palestinian society represented by the youth, who have taken upon themselves the struggle, both political and resistance, to confront the Israeli occupation, which targets this group in the first place through its brutal and oppressive practices against the Palestinian people. This category is also targeted by the Palestinian Authority by besieging, prosecuting, and arresting student leaders and members of student councils. Student councils also suffer from harassment and are limited in their political and union role by university administrations that cooperate with the Palestinian Authority, by reducing and besieging the tasks of student councils
