الملخص
ملخص: يندرج هذا المقال في إطار التعامل مع الوضع الراهن الذي آلت إليه لغتنا العربية الفصحى اليوم، إذ حزّ في أنفسنا ما أصابها من انهيار وتمزق نتيجة الهزّة العنيفة التي تريد إزاحتها عن مملكتها وعرشها، وتثبت ما ينوب عنها بحجة قصورها وجمودها وانحصارها، وعدم مسايرتها للمستجدات الحديثة والمتطلبات العصرية، وكان من مظاهر هذه الزوبعة أن تعالت بعض الأصوات مطالبة بعدم التشبث بم عفا عنه الزمن، وفسح الطريق أمام الحركة والنمو والانتشار المتمثلة في استعمال العاميات ، وحجتهم في ذلك السهولة والتيسير والحرية والتطور التي تمتاز بها هذه الأنماط من الكلام فهي أسهل استيعابا وأقدر على تحقيق رغبات الناس في التواصل. والواقع اللغوي شاهد على ذلك، فعلى المستوى المنطوق نجد اللغة العربية الفصيحة تستعمل إلى حد ما في الخطب الدينية والسياسية وفي بعض المحاضرات العلمية والثقافية، وفي بعض برامج التلفزة والإذاعة، وجل هذه الاستعمالات يأتي مقروءا من مواد مكتوبة لا يخلو معظمها من الأخطاء، وأما المدارس والجامعات فهي شاهدة على احتضار اللغة العربية الفصحى، وأمام هذا الواقع للغتنا لا يجب أن ننساق وراء دعاة العامية بل يتحتم علينا أن نبحث جادين عن الحلول المناسبة التي تبعث الأمل في إحياء لغتنا من جديد على مستوى الاستعمال والتخاطب اليومي وخاصة على المستوى الجامعي. وعليه فإنّ هذه الورقة البحثية تعالج واقع تعليمية تقنيات التعبير في الجامعة الجزائرية بين التنظير والممارسات التطبيقية؟. Abstract: This article falls within the framework of dealing with the current situation that our classical Arabic language has come to today, as we are saddened by the collapse and rupture that befell it as a result of the violent tremor that wants to remove it from its kingdom and throne, and proves what is on its behalf under the pretext of its shortcomings, stagnation and confinement, and its failure to keep pace with modern developments and requirements. One of the manifestations of this whirlwind was that some voices raised a demand not to cling to what is outdated, and to pave the way for movement, growth and spread represented by the use of colloquialisms, and their argument for that ease, facilitation, freedom and development that characterizes these patterns of speech is easier to absorb and more capable of achieving People's desires to communicate. The linguistic reality is a witness to this. On the spoken level, we find that the Arabic language is used to some extent in religious and political sermons, in some scientific and cultural lectures, and in some television and radio programmes. Most of these uses come from written materials, most of which are not free from errors. It bears witness to the death of the classical Arabic language, and in the face of this reality of our language, we should not follow the advocates of colloquialism, but rather we must search seriously for appropriate solutions that give hope for reviving our language again at the level of daily use and communication, especially at the university level.
