الملخص
في قانون الحجاج، اللغة ليست وسيلة للتّواصل فقط، وإنّما هي لغة حجاجيّة. القانون الحجاجي قائم على أنّه لا تواصل باللسان دون حجاج، ولا حجاج دون تواصل باللسان فالحجاج خارج التواصل دون فاعليّة. في هذه الورقة، حاولنا معرفة دور اللغة الحجاجية في كشف حقيقة خطاب الكاتب، ومعرفة مدى رساليّة خطابه، ودور الحجاج في إيصال المعنى للمتلقي . In the law of argumentation,language is not only a means of communication, it is a argumentation language. argumentation law is based on the fact that it does not communicate, with the tongue without argumentation nor argumentation without communicacting with the tongue, so argumentation are out of communication without effectiviness. In this paper we tried to know the role of argumentation in revealing the truth of the writer,s speech, and, and the rol of argumentation in conveying the meaning tot he recipient.
