الريادة التكنولوجية كإستراتيجية مهمة لنجاح المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر

الملخص
في وقت لا يعتبر استخدام التكنولوجيا من أهم فوائد ريادة الأعمال فقط، بل إن استخدام التكنولوجيا يعني تقدم الدول وتطورها، جاءت هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على الفرص التي توفرها الريادة التكنولوجية التي تساهم في نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على البنية التحتية لتبني استخدام الريادة التكنولوجية. استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي في الإطار النظري لتحديد مختلف المفاهيم ، والمنهج التحليلي في تحليل البيانات، التي تم رصدها عن طريق استبانة كانت موجهة إلى 27 مؤسسة ناشئة، وكانت نتائج البحث توصي بأن المحددات التكنولوجية للريادة التكنولوجية تساهم في نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة بدلالة أبعاده بشكل كبير، بالإضافة إلى المحددات التنظيمية ، التنافسية والخصائص الشخصية للمدراء. At a time when the use of technology is not only one of the most important benefits of entrepreneurship, but that means the progress and development of countries, this study came with the aim of identifying the opportunities provided by technological leadership that contribute to the success of emerging enterprises, in addition to identifying the infrastructure to adopt the use of technological leadership . We used the descriptive approach in the theoretical framework to identify the various concepts, and the analytical approach in analyzing the data, which were monitored through a questionnaire that was directed to 27 Start-up. The results of the research recommended that the technological determinants of technological leadership contribute to the success of Start-up in terms of its dimensions, in addition to the organizational determinants, competitiveness and personal characteristics of managers.
