الملخص
ان للحرب الروسية - الاوكرانية تداعيات على الدول ذات المصالح المشتركة مع الطرفين لذلك استوجب من تلك الدول اتخاذ مواقف حسب الرؤية الاستراتيجية لمصالحها مع طرفي النزاع، وهي كل من الولايات المتحدة الامريكية والصين والاتحاد الاوروبي، فكان موقف الولايات المتحدة مضادا للحرب وداعما لأوكرانيا في حربها مع روسيا، وكان الموقف من هذه الحرب محايداً، كونها ذات مصالح مشتركة مع طرفي النزاع، أما الاتحاد الاوروبي كان موقفه مضادا من شن روسيا عملياتها العسكرية على أوكرانيا، رغم وجود مصالح مشتركة. The Russian-Ukrainian war has repercussions on countries with common interests with the two parties, so it required those countries to take positions according to the strategic vision of their interests with the two parties to the conflict, namely the United States of America, China and the European Union. The position of the United States was anti-war and supportive of Ukraine in its war With Russia, the position on this war was neutral, as it has common interests with the two parties to the conflict. As for the European Union, its position was opposed to Russia's launching its military operations on Ukraine, despite the presence of common interests with it.
