دور القيادة السلبية وأدواتها في تأجيج الصراع "فرعون أنموذجاً"

الملخص
يهدف البحث إلى بيان أهمية القيادة للمجتمعات البشرية، وبيان الدور الذي لعبه فرعون في قيادته لبني إسرائيل، والكشف عن الأدوات التي استعان بها. وقد خرج البحث بعدد من النتائج أهمها: 1- الصراع والاختلاف والتنازع سنة إلهية بين البشر، يأخذ بعداً إيجابياً بجانب الخير، وبعداً سلبياً بجانب الشر. 2- للقيادة الفرعونية أدوات ساهمت بدورها إلى إطالة أمد الصراع وتأجيجه في شتى مجالات الحياة. The research aims to show the importance of leadership for human societies, and to explain the role that Pharaoh played in his leadership of the children of Israel, and to reveal the tools he used. The research came out with a number of results, the most important of which are: 1- Conflict, disagreement, and conflict are a divine norm among human beings, taking a positive dimension on the side of good, and a negative dimension on the side of evil. 2- The Pharaonic leadership had tools that, in turn, contributed to prolonging the conflict and fueling it in various aspects of life.
