واقع التكفل بالتلاميذ ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في المدارس العادية : مؤسسات التربية والتعليم لولاية بسكرة نموذجا

ملخص: يقدم المقال قراءة تحليلية مفصلة حول واحدة من أوكد قضايا منظومة التربية والتعليم في الجزائر عبر البحث في واقع التكفل بمختلف أبعاده النفسي التربوي الصحي القانوني والاجتماعي بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وهو موضوع شكل تحديا أساسيا أمام المدرسة الجزائرية لتكوين وتعليم وتربية فئة الأشخاص في وضعية إعاقة، وتمكين المدرسة لضمان وظيفتها في توفير عرض تربوي دامج يمكن الأطفال ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من حقهم في التمدرس أسوة بباقي الأطفال، من أجل ذلك جرت الدراسة باستخدام استبيان أعدّ لتحقيق أغراضها من خلال عينة شملت استجابات 74 مفردة من مديري عدد من المؤسسات التربوية في ولاية بسكرة، وهو ما سمح بالوصول إلى جملة من القراءات التشخيصية لواقع التكفل بمختلف أبعاده، والتي يمكن أن يشكل نقطة انطلاق للقائمين على قطاع التربية في الولاية لتصحيح مكامن الخلل من أجل بلوغ أقصى درجات التمكين لفئة التلاميذ من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ودمجهم في وسط اجتماعي براعي احتياجاتهم ويتيح لهم فرص تحقيق ذاتهم وتطوير أنفسهم وعيش حياة كريمة أسوة بباقي أفراد المجتمع. الكلمات المفتاحية: التكفل (البيداغوجي، النفسي، القانوني، الصحي، الاجتماعي)؛ ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة. Abstract: The article provides a detailed analytical reading on one of the most valuable issues of the educational system in Algeria by examining the reality of the various dimensions of psychological education, legal and social health of students with special needs. It poses a fundamental challenge to the Algerian School for the Formation and Education of Persons with Disabilities. and enabling the school to ensure its function of providing an integrated educational offer that enables children with special needs to have the same right to study as other children, To this end, the study was conducted using a questionnaire prepared to achieve its purposes through a sample of 74 individual responses from the directors of a number of educational institutions in Biskara State. which has allowed access to a variety of diagnostic readings of the reality of assurance in its various dimensions, This can serve as a starting point for the state's education sector to correct the kinks in order to maximize the empowerment of the group of pupils with special needs and integrate them into a social environment that is sensitive to their needs and provides them with opportunities to achieve themselves, develop themselves and lead a dignified life like the rest of society.
