دور التخطيط الحضري في استدامة المدينة الجزائرية

الملخص
أمام الظروف الراهنة التي تمر وتـتأثر بها المدينة الجزائرية اليوم، والتي تستوجب إعادة النظر بصورة شاملة في الوضعية الحالية لما يسمى بالنظام التخطيطي على المستوى المحلي والوطني، فقد أصبحت المدينة الجزائرية اليوم تعيش هويات متعددة طالما أن الإنسان دائم الحركة والتغيير وفي حالة بحث دائم عن عمارة جديدة للمجال، الأمر الذي فرض عليه البحث عن تقنيات جديدة باستمرار، حيث بدأ ينتقل تدريجيا للوصول إلى مفهوم جديد للتعايش، يضمن استقراره، ويحقق له في نفس الوقت الحماية من كل المؤثرات الخارجية ، فقد أصبحت الحاجة لتطور المدن تواجه المخططين وصانعي السياسات لإنشاء مدن مستدامة صحية، و قابلة للتكيف لتقوى على مجابهة الكوارث في ظل زيادة التحضر والتدهور البيئي، من هنا وجب التطرق للتخطيط الحضري الذي من يستوجب المشاركة الفاعلة للسكان من جهة، ويسهم في تنمية المدينة وتنظيهما واستدامتها.تحت مسمى التخطيط التشاركي. Where he gradually began to move to a new concept of coexistence and ensures its stability, and at the same time, it brings him protection from all external influences, The need for the development of cities is facing planners and policymakers to create healthy cities and adaptable to be able to cope with disasters, in light of increasing urbanization and environmental degradation, From here it is necessary to address urban planning which requires the active participation of the population and contributes to the development, organization and sustainability of the city under the name of participatory planning. .
