تكوين المستفيد عن بعد، نقلة نوعية أم انعكاس لما يقدم تقليديا: دراسة تحليلية للخدمة المقدمة عبر مواقع مكتبات الجامعات العربية

الملخص
ملخص يهدف البحث إلى تحديد أهم مظاهر خدمة تكوين المستفيدين في البيئة الرقمية، عبر إجراء دراسة وصفية لعينة من مواقع مكتبات الجامعات العربية، لأجل تحديد التقنيات والأشكال المعتمدة لإدارة هذه الخدمة وأهم المواضيع التي تغطيها. وتشير النتائج إلى أن نصف المواقع المدروسة لا تقدم هذه الخدمة، وتبقى المكتبات التي تقدم الخدمة تعتمد على الأشكال النصية في إتاحة مصادر تكوين المستفيد عبر مواقعها، كما أن الموضوع الغالب على هذه الدورات يتمحور حول أساليب الاستشهاد المرجعي وطرق تجنب السرقات العلمية. Abstract The research aims to identify the most important aspects of the Beneficiary Training Service in digitization environment through a descriptive study of a sample of Arab university libraries websites to identify the techniques and the different forms to manage this service and its important related topics. The results indicate that half of the studied websites do not provide this service and the libraries providing it keeping the textual forms to get sources to the beneficiary training through their websites, and the main topic on these courses is on reference citation methods and avoid plagiarism. Résumé Le but de la recherche est d’identifier l’aspect le plus important du service de formation des bénéficiaires à l’environnement numérique par une étude descriptive d'un échantillon de sites Web de bibliothèques universitaires Arabes afin d'identifier les techniques et les différents formulaires utilisés pour gérer ce service et ses sujets connexes importants. Les résultats indiquent que la moitié des sites Web étudiés n'offrent pas ce service et que les bibliothèques fournissant ce service dépendent sur des formes textuelles utilisées pour fournir les sources de formation des bénéficiaires via leurs sites Web et comment éviter le plagiat.
