الملخص
إن زيادة الأنشطة والخدمات التي تقدمها الإدارات العمومية وأهميتها، تقتضي ضرورة التحول من أسلوب الإدارة التقليدية إلى أسلوب الإدارة الإلكترونية، من خلال استخدام الوسائل والتقنيات التكنولوجية الحديثة، ونظرا لكون قطاع العدالة في الجزائر من المرافق ذات الأهمية لارتباطها بالمصالح الضرورية للمواطنين، لذلك تسعى الدولة الجزائرية خلال السنوات القليلة الماضية إلى عصرنة قطاع العدالة، وهذا بتكريس تشريعات وأنظمة تسمح بتحقيق الخدمة الإلكترونية. The increase and importance of the activities and services provided by public administrations necessitates the need to shift from the traditional management method to the electronic management method, through the use of modern technological means and techniques, and given that the justice sector in Algeria is one of the facilities of importance because it is linked to the necessary interests of citizens, so the Algerian state seeks through The past few years have led to the modernization of the justice sector, by enshrining legislation and regulations that allow the realization of electronic service.
