الملخص
تعتبر ظاهرة العنف القائم على الجندرة من الظواهر القديمة في ممارستها من طرف الفاعلين في المجتمعات، والحديثة في تناولها من طرف الباحثين والدارسين في مجال تخصص علم السكان وعلم الاجتماع، فالعنف القائم على الجندرة في الكثير من مظاهره يعد موضوع طابو في المجتمع الجزائري لارتباطه بالعادات والتقاليد وبعض القيم الدينية المكتسبة بطريقة خاطئة، وإساءة استخدام السلطة والأعراف الضارة وعدم المساواة بين الجنسين في المجتمع، وكذا السياق الثقافي والاجتماعي للمجتمع الجزائري وعلاقته بالأشكال المختلفة للعنف القائم على الجندرة، حيث يشير هذا الأخير إلى مختلف الأفعال غير السوية والضارة التي تستهدف فردًا على أساس جنسه، حيث لا يزال المجال العام الذكوري مسيطر، إذ تعتبر النساء أكثر تعنيفا من الرجال، ويتمظهر بتمظهرات عدة وهو ما كشفنا عليه من خلال مختلف القراءات للتعاريف المحددة للمدلول، حيث يشمل العنف الجسدي والنفسي والجنسي...، كما يشمل التهديد بالعنف والإكراه والتلاعب...، ويمكن أن يتخذ هذا أشكالًا عديدة مثل عنف الشريك الحميم، وزواج الأطفال، وختان الإناث... وغيرها. Gender-based violence is considered as one of the ancient phenomena in its practice by actors in societies, and a modern one in its treatment by researchers and scholars in demography and sociology field. Gender-based violence- in a lot of its manifestations- is considered as a taboo in Algerian society; due to its association with customs, traditions and some religious values acquired in a wrong way, Also the abuse of power, harmful norms and gender inequality in society, as well as the Algerian society cultural and social context, and its relationship to various forms of gender-based violence; This latter refers to different harmful acts, targeting an individual on the basis of his gender; as the masculine public field is still dominant, and as women are considered more battered than men. It is manifested in several forms, That we revealed through various readings of meaning specified definitions, which includes physical, psychological, and sexual violence... threats of violence, coercion, and manipulation..., and can take many forms such as intimate partner violence, child marriage, female genital mutilation,… etc
