الملخص
نظرا لما تتميز به شركة المساهمة من كثرة عدد المساهمين فيها، و سهولة في تداول الأسهم وضخامة رأسمالها ،مما يساهم في تعزيز الاستقرار في التصرفات والمعاملات التجارية وتشجيع الاستثمار ، فقد أولت لها التشريعات أهمية كبيرة بتنظيمها بموجب قوانين وتشريعات تكفل إدارتها وتسييرها حتى تحقق الهدف من المشروع الذي قامت من أجله الشركة. حيث تتنوع أجهزة إدارة شركة المساهمة في القانون الجزائري والمصري والمغربي ،فنجد على سبيل المثال مجلس الإدارة، مجلس المديرين ،مجلس الرقابة مندوبو الحسابات، مجلس الإدارة الجماعية ، الجمعية العامة العادية وغير العادية ،جمعية المساهمين ... Abstract: Due to joint-stock companies being characterized by a large number of shareholders and an ease of stock trading coupled with large capital which enhances dealings and exchanges and promotes investment, the legislative body placed substantial importance on them, and drafted governing laws and legislations that guarantee their management and supervision in order to achieve the foundational goal on which such companies were founded. The governing bodies of joint-stock companies are several in Algerian, Egyptian, and Moroccan law.
