معايير تقييم جودة المنشور العلمي وأثرهاعلى تصنيف أوعية النشر في ظل إشكالية الكم والكيف

الملخص
ملخص: هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف إلى جملة المعايير الشكلية والمنهجية والعلمية التي تعتمدها المجلات المدرجة ضمن البوابة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية Asjpفي تقييم جودة المقالاتالتي تنشر بها،ومدى توافق هذه المعايير مع المعايير العالمية للتصنيف المجلات خاصة معايير Scopus، في ظل التزايد الكبير للطلب على النشر. وقد خلصت نتائج البحث إلى أن معايير تقييم جودة المنشور العلمي تؤثر على تصنيف المجلات العلمية خاصة في إطار عدم وجود تناسب وتوازن بين الكم والكيف لهذه المنشورات العلمية مما يبطئ من وتيرة النشر العلمي بالجزائر،ويؤثر على دخول المجلات العلمية التصنيف العالمي والبقاء ضمنه. الكلمات المفتاحية:تقيم الجودة، المنشور العلمي، أوعية النشر، إشكالية الكم والكيف. *** Abstract: The aim of this research is to identify the total number of formal, methodological and scientific criteria adopted by the journals included in the Algerian portal for scientific journals Asjp in assessing the quality of the articles in which they are published, and the extent to which these standards are compatible with the international standards of classification magazines, especially Scopus standards, in light of the high demand for publication. The results of the research concluded that the criteria for evaluating the quality of the scientific publication affect the classification of scientific journals, especially in the context of the lack of proportionality and balance between the quantity and the quality of these scientific publications. This slows down the pace of scientific publishing in Algeria, and affects the entry of scientific journals into the world rankings and staywithin it.
