تأثيرات الإرهاب السلبية على فرص الاستثمار السياحي "الأسباب والعلاج"

الملخص
تتناول الدراسة الحالية تأثير ظاهرة ذات آثار مدمرة على فرص الاستثمار داخل صناعة السياحة، وتلقى الضوء تحديداً على أهم وأدق التعريفات الخاصة بهذه الظاهرة للوصول إلى تعريف محدد وشامل. كما تستعرض الدراسة أهم الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى انتشار هذه الظاهرة السلبية سواء كانت أسباب اقتصادية أو اجتماعية أو دينية أو أخلاقية. ومن أهم ما هدفت إليه الدراسة هو تحديد أهم تلك التأثيرات السلبية التي يمكن أن تصيب صناعة السياحة من جراء تداعيات هذه الظاهرة، بالإضافة إلى استعراض أهم تصنيفات الارهاب وأهم الاستراتيجيات المقترحة للتصدي له وتستنتج الورقة إلى أنه لا يمكن تحديد تعريف دقيق لظاهرة الارهاب, كما أنه من ضمن النتائج الهامة جداً هو أن استهداف الارهاب لصناعة السياحة يدل على أنها ضرورة قصوى للدول المختلفة ويجب تبعاً لذلك التصدي للظواهر الارهابية بالمزيد من المقترحات والحلول. The current study deals with the impact of a phenomenon with devastating effects on investment opportunities within the tourism industry, and sheds light on identifying the most important and accurate definitions of this phenomenon in order to reach a specific and comprehensive one. The study also reviews the most important reasons that led to the spread of this negative phenomenon, whether economic, social, religious or moral ones. One of the most important aims of the study is to identify the most important negative effects that may harm the tourism industry as a result of the spread of this phenomenon, in addition to reviewing the most important classifications of terrorism and the strategies proposed to deal with it. The paper concludes that there is no possibility to specify an accurate definition of the phenomenon of terrorism. One of the most important results is that targeting the tourism industry by terrorism indicates that it represents an absolute necessity for different countries, and accordingly, terrorist phenomena must be faced with more proposals and solutions.
