الملخص

لقد أصبح السعي نحو الحصول على الجودة وزيادة قدرات ومهارات التعلم ، أمرا ضروريا في الآونة الآخرة، وذاك لأجل التنوع في البدائل العلمية والتعليمية مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار الفروق الفردية المادية الجسمية، والمعنوية والنفسية ، وكذا العملية في مسألة جودة التعليم العالي، ومن جهة أخرى أصبحت نظم حوكمة الجامعات مرتكز لتطبيق معايير ضمان الجودة مؤخرا ومحور تركيز عملية إصلاح التعليم العالي في جميع أنحاء العالم، وذلك أن العديد من الدول والأبحاث أصبحت تدرج الحوكمة كمقياس للتقويم الذاتي لأجل تحسين جودة التعليم العالي. The pursuit of quality and increasing Learning capabilities and skills have become a necessity in recent times, and that is for the sake of diversity in scientific and educational alternatives, taking into account individual physical, moral and psychological differences, As well as the process in the issue of higher education quality, and on the other hand university governance systems have become a basis for the application of quality assurance standards recently and the focus of the higher education reform process around the world, This is because many countries and research have included governance as a measure of self- evaluation in order to improve the quality of higher education.
