الجامعة الجزائريّة والقيّم الأخلاقيّة وروح المواطنة أيّ مقاربة؟ (طالب اللّسان العربيّ وآدابه) ـ دراسة حالة The Algerian University, Ethical Values, And Spirit Of Citizenship, Which Approach? (arabic Language And Literature Student)-case Study

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدّراسةإلى معرفة دور الجامعة الجزائريّة واقعيا في إرساء القيّم الأخلاقيّة وبثّ روح المواطنة لدى طالب"اللّسان العربيّ وآدابه" من خلال الكشف عن علاقة الطّالب بالجامعة، وتحليل المظاهر القيميّة المجسّدة في الفضاء الجامعي مع اقتراح أهمّ السّبل الكفيلة بتفعيل سلوكات الطّالب السّليمة في الجامعة،وذلك بالإجابة عن السّؤال الرّئيس الآتي: إلى أيّ مدى تؤدّي الجامعة الجزائريّة دورها في إرساء وعي الطّالب: الأخلاقي، والوطني؟ ومن خلال الدّراسة الميدانيّة في جامعتي: "8 ماي 1945"، و"باجي مختار"باعتمادأداة " المقابلة" مع العيّنة المختارة عشوائيا والمتمثّلة في "طلبة اللّسان العربيّ وآدابه"، وقدّ اخترنا المنهج الوصفي وآلياته التّحليليّة، والإحصائيّة في تحليل النّتائج المتوصّل إليها التّي خلصت إلى غياب الدّور المنوط بالجامعة من توعية، وتفعيل الجانب القيميّ، والسّلوكي للطالب في الوسط الجامعيّ، وهو ماعزّز في تكوين جيل هش، مهتزّ الكيان، والشّعور، وافتقار كلّيّ لحسّ المسؤولية الأخلاقيّة، والوطنيّة. مع حرصناعلى تقديم بعض الاستراتيجيّات، والمقترحات الّتي تسهم في النّهوض بمستوى الطّالب قيميا وأخلاقيا بغية خلق المواطن الصّالح المترقب.. This study aims at knowing the real role of Algerian University in establishing ethical values and instilling the spirit of citizenship among the student of the Arabic language and its literature by answering the following main question: To what extent does the Algerian university play its role in establishing the ethic and patriotic student awareness? Through a field study at both universities of Guelma and Annaba, relying on the tool of "interview" with the randomly selected sample of "the students of Arabic language and its literature". We have chosen the descriptive approach and its analytical, statistical mechanisms in analyzing the findings that have concluded to the absence of the university's role in educating, implementing the value and behavioral aspect of the student in the university environment. This has strengthened the constitution of a fragile and weak generation, totally lacking a sense of ethical, and patriotic responsibility. We were keen to present some strategies and proposals that contribute to the advancement of the student's level in values and ethics in order to create a vigilant, educated citizen. Cette étude vise à connaître le rôle réel de l’Université algérienne dans l’établissement de valeurs éthiques et l’inculquer l’esprit de citoyenneté chez l’étudiant de la langue arabe et de sa littérature en répondant à la question principale suivante : dans quelle mesure l’université algérienne joue-t-elle son rôle dans l’établissement de la conscience éthique et patriotique des étudiants ? Grâce à une étude de terrain dans les deux universités de Guelma et Annaba, en s’appuyant sur l’outil d'«entrevue » avec l’échantillon choisi au hasard des « étudiants de langue arabe et de sa littérature ». Nous avons choisi l’approche descriptive et ses mécanismes analytiques et statistiques dans l’analyse des résultats qui ont conclu à l’absence du rôle de l’université dans l’éducation, la mise en œuvre de la valeur et l’aspect comportemental de l’étudiant dans l’environnement universitaire. Cela a renforcé la constitution d’une génération fragile et faible, totalement dépourvue d’un sens de l’éthique et de la responsabilité patriotique. Nous avons tenu à présenter quelques stratégies et propositions qui contribuent à l’avancement du niveau d’éthique et de valeurs de l’étudiant afin de créer un citoyen vigilant et instruit.
