Participatory Democracy And Political Capital Of Local Elected Officials.

Abstract

This study aims to address the mechanisms of the work of municipal delegates through sociological awareness of the informal considerations that control the crystallization of the representations of participatory democracy in the municipal delegate as responsible for the administrative district. Through its outputs, it was found that the legislator’s adoption of social capital violates the institutional nature of the citizen’s participation in the municipal delegate in managing public affairs within the framework of the principles of participatory democracy
