الملخص
ملخص يلعب علم نفس الصناعي والتنظيمي دورا بارزا في تكوين وتنمية رأس المال البشري باعتباره جزءا هاما من رأس المال الفكري بأية منظمة، وذلك وفق العديد من المقاربات والأطر الفكرية وكذا اسهاماته النظرية والميدانية، ومن بين أهم الخدمات التي يقدمها علم النفس العمل والتنظيم للمنظمات والمؤسسات مهما كان نوعها، ذلك الدور الذي يقوم به أخصائي علم النفس العمل والتنظيم من خلال مختلف المهام والخطط التي يعمل على تطبيقها بتبني استراتيجية عمل تضمن نجاح المؤسسة في تحقيق أهدافها. تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لإبراز الأدوار التي يمارسها المختص في علم النفس العمل والتنظيم داخل المؤسسة الصناعية، وماهي الجوانب الواجب التركيز عليها من أجل تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة في ظل الصعوبات الموجودة. Abstract Industrial and organizational psychology plays a prominent role in the formation and development of human capital as an important part of the intellectual capital of any organization, This is in accordance with many approaches and intellectual frame works as well as its theoretical and field contributions, and among the most important services provided by work and organization psychology to organizations and institutions of any kind, This role played by the psychologist work and organization through the various tasks and plans that he works to implement by adopting a work strategy that ensures the success of the institution in achieving its goals. This paper aims to highlight the roles played by the specialist in work psychology and organization within the industrial enterprise, What aspects should be focused on in order to achieve the desired objectives in light of the difficulties that exist?
