Abstract: This Study sought to determine the role of change management in competitive advantage creation in Algerian banks, the study has an independent variable (change management) and a dependent variable (competitive advantage). The study has reached the following conclusions: 1. There was a statistically significant role of the following dimensions of change management (Administrative changes, Cultural changes, and Technical changes) in competitive advantage creation. 2. There was no statistically significant role of the two dimensions of psychological empowerment (Organizational Structure Change, Strategies Change) in competitive advantage creation.
