الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة لإبراز تأثير عمليات الاستحواذ و الاندماج على ادارة الشركات باعتباره استراتيجية نمو فعالة و كضرورة لحفاظ الدول على قوتها ، بتحقيق بعض المكاسب ، و تعاضد السوق بشكل أسرع لبداية المنافسة مع باقي الشركات ، كل هذا بالسيطرة المالية و الادارية على نشاط شركة أخرى و بالتالي الهيمنة على مجلس ادارة الشركة المستحوذ عليها . Abstract: The study aimed to highlight the impact of acquisitions and mergers on the management of companies as an effective growth strategy and as a necessity for countries to maintain their strength, to achieve some gains, and for the market to cooperate faster to start competition with the rest of the companies, all this through financial and administrative control over the activity of another company and Consequently, domination of the board of directors of the acquired company.
