الملخص
بداية من الثمانينيات ومنظمة الصحة العالمية تحمل شعار*من أجل ولادة أقل خطرا* داعية إلى الاهتمام أكثر بالنساء الحوامل والأطفال، وتقديم الرعاية اللازمة لصد أي مخاطر قد تعترضهم من وفيات وأمراض وغيرها. ومنذ ذلك الحين وموضوع الولادة القيصرية ظل فارضا نفسه كحل لتحقيق جودة عالية في مجال التوليد وصحة الأمومة والطفولة، وتبعا لذلك ازدادت العمليات القيصرية في العالم على الرغم مما تتركه من آثار جانبية. وبالنسبة للجزائر فالبيانات الشحيحة توحي على أن ظاهرة الولادة القيصرية في تزايد مستمر، أدى إلى ظهور انعكاسات صحية واجتماعية, بعضها يمس مباشرة مستويات الخصوبة, كانخفاضها المتزامن مع ارتفاع حالات الولادة بالجراحة القيصرية وأيضا تنامي ثقافة تنظيم النسل وظهور بوادر لتحديد النسل كإجراء يرى البعض لزومه. وكان السبيل للوصول إلى هذه النتائج هو إتباع المنهج الوصفي في تحليل البيانات التي تم الحصول عليها من عينة الدراسة المتمثلة في النساء المنجبات بالعملية القيصرية في مستشفى بن سينا بأدرار, كما تتمثل الأدوات المستخدمة في الاستبيان والمقابلة. ABSTRACT: Beginning in the eighties, the World Health Organization carried a slogan for less risky childbirth, it is calling for more attention to pregnant women and children, and to provide the necessary care to repel any risks they might face in terms of deaths, diseases and others. Since then, the theme of caesarean section has been imposing itself as a solution to achieve high quality in the field of obstetrics, maternal and child health. Accordingly the caesarean section has increased in the world despite its side effects, As for Algeria, the scarce data suggest that the phenomenon of caesarean section is increasing continuously, which it has led to the emergence of health and social repercussions, some of them directly affect fertility levels and what is related to it. The way to reach these results was to follow the qualitative approach in analyzing the data obtained from the study sample of women giving birth by caesarean section at Ben Sina Hospital in Adrar, and the tools used are the questionnaire and the interview.
