الملخص
: نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية أن نعرج على أزمة العنف التي تطورت بشكل كبير ضمن جميع الأطوار التعليمية التربوية المدرسية، مشكلة سلبية تفشت في المدرسة التي يصنفها الباحثون كمؤسسة ثانية بعد الأسرة، تعنى ضمن مهامها بتنشئة الطفل و إعداده للحياة المستقبيلة، وتشرف من خلال هيئة التدريس بها على تربية الأجيال المتمدرسة وتمكين وتزويد التلاميذ بالمعارف و تلقي العلم و المعرفة، في حين أن واجب أداء وظيفتها التربوية يقتضي توفر بيئة مدرسية آمنة، ومناخ نفسي و تربوي إيجابي، إلا أن الدراسات العلمية الحديثة أظهرت خلال ذلك على شاكلة تفشي العنف داخل المحيط المدرسي. وهذا ما يضعف من قدرة المدرسة على مجابهة هذه الأزمة. على هذا الأساس جاءت هذه الورقة العلمية لدراسة هذه الظاهرة دراسة علمية، من خلال تحديد مفهومها والكشف عن اسبابها و آثارها وكذا تحديد آليات معالجتها. Abstract: The present research paper attempts to review the phenomenon of Violence that has developed significantly within all educational levels. It is a negative problem that has spread in the school, which researchers classify as a second institution after the family. Among its tasks, school is concerned with the upbringing of the child and preparing him for the future life. Through its teaching staff, it supervises the education of the schooled generations, empowering learners with knowledge in a safe school environment, and a positive psychological and educational climate. However, recent scientific studies have shown, in the meantime, the prevalence of violence within the school environment. This weakens the school's ability to cope with this crisis. On this basis, this scientific paper attempts to shed light on this phenomenon, by defining its concept or revealing its causes and effects, as well as identifying the mechanisms of its treatment.
