دراسة قياسية لدور الادخار المحلي في علاج اختلالات الميزان التجاري في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة (1983-2021)

الملخص
ملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى البحث في العلاقة التوازنية طويلة الأجل بين الادخار المحلي والميزان التجاري في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1983 إلى 2021. لهذه الغاية، تم استخدام منهجية التكامل المشترك لأنجل وغرانجر، فضلا عن منهجية السببية لغرانجر، وذلك بعد التحقق باستخدام اختبارات جذر الوحدة من تطابق درجة تكامل متغيرات الدراسة وهي الدرجة الأولى. وقد دلت النتائج عن غياب علاقة توازنية طويلة الأجل بين متغيرتي الدراسة، ناهيك عن انتفاء للعلاقة السببية بينهما في كلا الاتجاهين. ويمكن تبرير ذلك بـ : أحادية الاقتصاد الوطني والافتقار للتنويع الاقتصادي ؛ ضعف وعاء تعبئة الادخار وغياب دور السوق المالي كوسيط فعال في الجزائر. Abstract:The study aims to investigate the long-term equilibrium relationship between domestic savings and the trade balance in the Algerian economy during the period from 1983 to 2021. For this purpose, the Engel and Granger co-integration methodology was used, as well as the Granger causal methodology, after verification using unit root tests of The degree of integration of the study variables matches the first degree. The results indicated the absence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between the two variables of the study, not to mention the absence of a causal relationship between them in both directions. This can be justified by: the unilateralism of the national economy and the lack of economic diversification; Weakness of the savings mobilization vessel and the absence of the role of the financial market as an effective intermediary in Algeria.
