الذكاء الوجداني وتطبيقاته في العملية التعليمية

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الحالية الي التعرف على دور الذكاء الوجداني واهمية تطبيق ابعاده في العملية التعليمية، وذلك من خلال التعرف على اهم المحطات التاريخية لظهور هذا المفهوم ثم تعريف الوجدان والذكاء الوجداني، والتعرف على اهمية الذكاء الوجداني في العملية التعليمية وكذا طرق تنميته وتعلمه، ومناقشة اهم تطبيقات ابعاد الذكاء الوجداني في العملية التعليمية. حيث توصلنا في هذه الدراسة الى ان للذكاء الوجداني ايجابيات متعددة بالنسبة للمعلم والمتعلم حيث يساهم في نجاح العملية التعليمية والتقليل من المشكلات التي تعترضها، من خلال تطبيق ابعاد الذكاء الوجداني التي تتكامل وتتواجد في كل اوجه النشاط المدرسي. The current study aims to identify the role of emotional intelligence and the importance of applying its dimensions in the educational process, by identifying the most important historical stations for the emergence of this concept and then defining conscience and emotional intelligence, and identifying the importance of emotional intelligence in the educational process as well as ways to develop and learn it, and discuss the most important applications of emotional intelligence Emotional intelligence in the educational process. In this study, we concluded that emotional intelligence has multiple positives for the teacher and the learner, as it contributes to the success of the educational process and reduces the problems it encounters, through the application of dimensions of emotional intelligence that are integrated and present in all aspects of school activity.
