الملخص
تكتسي قضية المياه في الجزائر طابعا استراتيجيا في مسار التنمية الشاملة للبلاد، لارتباطها الوثيق بالتنمية المستدامة، ولأنها مورد نادر وثمين، يقتضي الترشيد والحفاظ عليه. كنز غال أزرق، يتناقص من يوم إلى يوم، لتلبية حاجيات السكان والاقتصاد الوطني في الميدان الزراعي والصناعي. كما يجب حمايته من التلوث والاستنزاف والتبذير، ذلك حتى لا نرهن مستقبل الأجيال القادمة، مستقبلا مبنيا على ترشيد الاستهلاك والاستعمال الأمثل لهذه المادة. Abstract The Water in Algeria has a strategic character in the path of comprehensive development of the country, due to its close association with sustainable development, and because it is a rare and valuable resource, which requires rationalization and preservation. A precious blue treasure, which decreases from day to day, to meet the needs of the population and the national economy in the agricultural and industrial fields. It must also be protected from pollution, depletion and waste, so as not to mortgage the future of future generations, a future based on rationalizing consumption and optimal use of this substance.
