مساهمة الصناعات الغذائية في تحقيق التنمية والأمن الغذائي في الجزائر

الملخص
يتضمن هذا البحث تسليط الضوء على مضمون الصناعات الغذائية ودورها كفرع من فروع الصناعات التحويلية في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي ودفع عجلة التنمية في الجزائر، من خلال تطوير القطاع الفلاحي وتحويل المنتجات النباتية أو الحيوانية عبر الاعتماد على طرق الحفظ والتخزين، إلى سلع صالحة للاستهلال في مواسم غير تلك التي تم إنتاجها فيها، وبالتالي الاهتمام بالقطاع الزراعي لتوفير المادة الأولية لتجنب الاستيراد من الخارج، فقيام الصناعات الغذائية وتطويرها يساهم في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي والتنمية إضافة إلى الحصول على العملة الأجنبية في حالة تصدير المنتجات الصناعية الغذائية Abstract: This study includes the content of the food industries as a branch of the manufacturing industries and their role in achieving food security and development in Algeria , By developing the agricultural sector and transforming plant or animal products through accreditation into commodities suitable for consumption in seasons other than those in which they were produced, and thus paying attention to the agricultural sector to provide the raw material to avoid importing from abroad, The establishment and development of food industries contributes to achieving food security and development, in addition to obtaining foreign currency through export. key words: food security, agro-food industries, sustainable food, agricultural production
