الهدي النبوي في رعاية أبناء الشهداء

الملخص
يتناول هذا البحث موضوع الهدي النبوي في رعاية أبناء الشهداء، من خلال جمع الأحاديث الواردة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم وتخريجها والاعتماد على الصحيح منها، ثم دراستها وعرض ما فيها من إرشادات وتوجيهات، بهدف بيان فضل العناية بهذه الشريحة من المجتمع، وبيان واجب الأمة نحوهم. وقد أبرزت الدراسة أن واجب الأمة تجاه الأيتام وأبناء الشهداء بوجه خاص رعايتهم معنوياً وكفالتهم مادياً This research deals with the subject of the Prophet’s guidance in caring for the children of the martyrs, by collecting hadiths from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, extracting them and relying on the correct ones, then studying them and presenting the instructions and directions they contain, with the aim of explaining the virtue of caring for this segment of society, and clarifying the nation’s duty towards them. The study highlighted that the nation's duty towards orphans and the sons of martyrs in particular is to take care of them morally, guarantee them financially, preserve their money and rights, and empower them socially according to the need and the time in which they live
