الملخص

قامت هذه الورقة بدراسة أثر الإنفاق العمومي على التضخم في موريتانيا خلال الفترة 1987 ـ 2020. اعتمدت على منهجية الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL من أجل تقدير هذا الأثر، بيانات الدراسة تم الحصول عليها من مصادر مختلفة: المكتب الوطني للإحصاء والبنك المركزي الموريتانيين إضافة إلى البنك الدولي. بينت نتائج الدراسة في إطار اختبار التكامل المشترك على وجود علاقة توازنيه طويلة الأجل بين الإنفاق العمومي (الجاري والرأسمالي) ومعدل التضخم. كما بينت كذلك نتائج نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة أن هناك علاقة طردية بين الإنفاق الجاري ومعدل التضخم في الأمدين الطويل والقصير، أما الانفاق الرأسمالي فإن له تأثير سالب على معدل التضخم في الأمدين، وهذا يتفق مع النظرية الاقتصادية. Abstract : This paper aimed to study the impact of public expenditure on inflation in Mauritania during the period 1987 -2020. It relied on the ARDL methodology in order to estimate this effect. The data of the study were obtained from various sources: the National Bureau of Statistics, the Central Bank of Mauritania and the world Bank.. The results of the study, within the framework of the joint integration test, indicated the existence of a long-term equilibrium relationship between public spending (current and capital) and the rate of inflation. The results of the autoregressive model for the slow distributed time gaps also showed that there is a direct relationship between current spending and the inflation rate in the long and short term, while capital spending has a negative impact on the inflation rate in the two terms, and this is consistent with the economic theory
