تخادم النص الشرعي والمعجم العربي المصباح المنير نموذجا

الملخص
إن علاقة القرءان، والحديث باللغة العربية واضحة في معجم المصباح المنير لمن قرأه، وقد حاولت إظهار في بحث بعنوان:تخادم النص الشرعي، والمعجم العربي المصباح المنير نموذجا. حاولت فيه الإجابة عن الإشكال التالي:" إذاكان النص الشرعي موجودا في المعجم العربي فما العلاقة بينهما، وماهي مظاهرهذه العلاقة ؟ واستهدفت بالبحث إبراز مكانة المصباح المنير، واللغة العربية ، ودور كل من اللغة العربية والنص الشرعي في حماية الآخر. واعتمدت في إنجازه على المنهج الاستقرائي والتحليلي. ورتبت مادته في مقدمة تناولت فيها أهمية الموضوع و أسباب البحث فيه وأهدافه ومنهجه وهيكله وإشكاله وثلاثة مباحث أولها: شرح مفردات عنوان البحث، وثانيها موقف الفيومي من الاستشهاد بالنص الشرعي، وثالثها:تخادم النص الشرعــي، واللغة العربية في المصباح المنير، وخاتمة. وقد تو صلت في هذا البحث إلى النتائج الآتية: 1ــ أن الفيومي اهتم بالشاهد الشرعي: قرآنا ، وحديثا. 2ـ ــ أ ن الحديث في المصباح يحتاج إلى العزو والتحقيق، 3ــــ أن بين النص الشرعي، واللغة العربية علاقة تأثر، وتأ ثير . 4ــ أن المصباح المنير من معاجم غريب الفقه ا الشافعي Abstract The relationship between the Qur’an and the hadith, and the Arabic language appears clearly in the dictionary of Al-Misbah Al-Munir for those who read it, and I tried to show this relationship in a research entitled: The complementary relation between the Sharia text and the Arabic dictionary Al-Misbah Al-Munir In this research, I tried to answer the following question: “If the Sharia text existed in the Arabic dictionary, then what is the relation between the two, and what are the manifestations of the relation? This research aimed to highlight the status of the Al-Misbah Al-Munir dictionary and the Arabic language. It also aimed to rehabilitate the latter’s. Moreover, it highlights the role of both the Arabic language and the Sharia text in protecting the other. To achieve these goals, I relied on the inductive and analytical method. The content of this research is arranged in an introduction which highlights the importance of the subject and the reseasons for its investigation. This introduction also highlights the objectives of the research, its methodology, structure and problem. Besides, the introduction includes the three sections of the reasearch which are: (1) the explanation of the vocabulary of the research title, ((2) Fayoumi's position on citing the sharia text and (3) the use of the Sharia text and the Arabic language in Al-Misbah Al-Munir dictionary. Finally, there is a conclition. In this research, the following results were obtained: 1 – That Al-Fayumi, may God have mercy on him, was interested in the sharia witness: the Qur’an and the hadith. 2 - That the hadith text in Al-Misbah Al-Munir Dictionary needs attribution and investigation, 3 That there is a two-way influence between the sharia text and the Arabic language 4- That Al-Misbah Al-Munir dictionary is one of the dictionaries of the Shafi’i strange Islamic jurisprudence
