الملخص
تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية للبحث في طبيعة مسؤولية رئيس الجمهورية في النظام الدستوري الجزائري، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى أشكال المسؤولية التي اقرها الدستور للرئيس الجزائري باعتباره أعلى هرم السلطة، والتي تنقسم في شقيها السياسي والجزائي، حيث سنحاول إعطاء تعريف دقيق للمسؤولية السياسية والجزائية وصور وتطبيقات كل منهما في النظام السياسي الجزائري, مبرزين من خلال هذا المقال أهم العراقيل التي تعيق قيام مسؤولية رئيس الجمهورية السياسية والجزائية وكذا تطبيقات كلا منهما. This research paper seeks to examine the nature of the responsibility of the President of the Republic in the Algerian constitutional system, by addressing the forms of responsibility approved by the Constitution for the Algerian president, as he is the highest pyramid of power; which is divided into its political and penal aspects; Where we will try to give an accurate definition of political and penal responsibility and the forms and applications of each in the Algerian political system; Highlighting through this article the most important hurdless that hinder the establishment of the political and penal responsibility of the président of the Republic, as well as the applications of both of them.
