موقف المعتزلة والأشاعرة من مرتكب الكبيرة "دراسة مقارنة"

الملخص
الملخص بالعربية: تعتبر الذنوب من المسلمات التي يقع فيها الإنسان يوميا، فمنها ما هو صغير ومنها كبير، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان موقف المعتزلة والأشاعرة من مرتكب الكبيرة، فالحكم على الإنسان بصفة من الصفات يؤدي إلى أن يختلف التعامل معه في الدنيا، كما أن هذا الحكم يحدد مصيره في الآخرة، لذا فإننا في حاجة ماسة إلى حكم شرعي سليم، يضبطه الشرع وذلك من خلال الجمع بين النصوص الدالة على الوعد والوعيد. بعد الانتهاء من هذه الدراسة توصلت إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: استشهاد المعتزلة والأشاعرة بنصوص شرعية كثيرة، مما يشير إلى أن هذه المسألة عند هما معا طريقها السمع في الغالب الأعم ولا مجال للعقل فيها، كما أن معظم النصوص التي استشهد به المعتزلة واردة بصيغ العموم، إلى جانب اعتمادهم على ظواهر النصوص التي تخدم مذهبهم، بالإضافة إلى عدم الجمع بين النصوص الدالة على الوعيد والوعد. الكلمات المفتاحية: المعتزلة، الأشاعرة، مرتكب الكبيرة. Abstract in English: Sins are one of the axioms things that a person falls into daily. Some of them are small and some of them are big. The purpose of this study is to show the opinion of each Muatazila and Ashaira towards the perpetrator of the great sin. Judging a person by one of the attributes leads to a difference in dealing with him in this world. And this judgment determines his fate in the Hereafter. Therefor we urgently need a sound religious Islamic ruling. Who is regulated and controlled by the Islamic religion or "sharia", this is done by combining texts indicating a promise and a threat. After completing this study, I reached many results; the most important of which are: the reasoning of the Muatazila and Ashaira in many religious texts. This indicates that this matter for both depends mostly on hearing, and there is no room for reason in it. Also, most of the texts cited by Muatazila are in general formulas. Besides, their reliance on the superficiality of texts that serve their doctrine. In addition to not combining between texts indicating on promise and threat.
