We aim through the provision of this research to the extent of the contribution of knowledge management in the activation of creativity among employees and in order to achieve the goal of our research has been to rely on the descriptive method, and that in order to describe research variables Vtm addressed to the general concepts on knowledge management and as well as creativity, in addition to highlighting the How the impact of knowledge management on creativity in organizations, and highlights what has been reached from the results of that knowledge management has become imperative fact that we live in a knowledge-based economy, as that adopted by the organizations providing the appropriate environment and encouraging creativity by workers because they are keen and it aims to discover and generate new knowledge to be reflected in the final turn of creativity to be the cause of excellence in organizations.
