الملخص
إن دراسة خصائص تطور المدينة بالبلاد التونسية خلال الفترة المعاصرة يمثل مجالا خصبا خاصة بتوفر عوامل سياسية و اجتماعية لتنظيم المجال و تغييره ، و لعل مدينة المنستير من بين المدن التي شملها هذا التطور خاصة في فترة رئاسة الحبيب بورقييبة لاول مجلس بلدي بعد الاستقلال خلفه نجله الحبيب بورقيبة الإبنم ساهمين في تطور المجال الصحي و الإجتماعي و تطوير المجال الحضري ..
