قراءة في المداخل السوسيولوجية لدراسة التغيرات التنظيمية في القطاع الاقتصادي

الملخص
الملخص: يستلزم منا هذا المقال الدراسة والإلمام بالتراث النظري الذي يعطي الخلفية النظرية والقاعدة المتينة للبحث العلمي، فالإطار النظري هو أساس الدراسة والقاعدة الصلبة التي يقدم المصداقية العلمية والموضوعية ويؤسس للبحث العلمي علميتهوتاريخيته من خلال مجموعة من المداخل النظرية التي تثمن المعلومات النظرية منها والميدانية فهذه المداخل تسمح بإدماج هذان النوعان من المعلومات من خلال بناء نظري ثري متنوع يعمل على إثراء الدراسة العلمية من أجل الخروج بنتائج علمية دقيقة تهدف إلى التطور والبحث واستمرارية العلم. من هذا المنطلق تأتي النظريات و المدارس لكي تحاول بذل العديد من المجهوداتبغية الوصول إلى التقدم الاجتماعي و المؤسساتي، فهي تبحث عن التطور والنجاح والاستمرارية من خلال اهتماماتها المتنوعة في الكثير من الميادين، فمنها من اهتمت بضرورة الارتقاء بالجانب الاداري، البشري و الاتصالي لمؤسسات المجتمع كما كان الحديث على الاتجاهات النظرية على الصعيد الاقتصادي يساهم مساهمة فعالة في رصد العديد من النتائج الإيجابية، حيث اعتمد الكثير من قادة و مسيري مؤسسات القطاع الاقتصادي على العديد من التوجهات للعديد من المنظرين السوسيولوجيين لما لعلم الاجتماع من مميزات أهمها التعمق و شمولية المعرفة في الكثير من الجوانب بغية تحقيق الاستمرارية و الديناميكية في الحياة الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية . This article requires us to study and learn about the theoretical heritage that gives the theoretical background and solid base of scientific research. The theo retical framework is the basis of the study and the solid base that provides scientific and objective credibility and establishes scientific and historical research through a set of theoretical entrances that value theoretical and field information. These entries allow for the integration of these two types of information through a rich and diverse theoretical construction that enriches scientific study in order to produce accurate scientific results aimed at the development, research and continuity of science. From this point of view, theories and schools come to try to exert many efforts to achieve social and institutional progress. They look for development, success and continuity through their diverse interests in many fields. Talk of theoretical trends at the economic level has also made an effective contribution to the monitoring of many positive outcomes social science ", where many leaders and managers of economic sector institutions have relied on many directions for many sociological theorists because of the advantages of sociology, the most important of which is the depth and comprehensiveness of knowledge in many aspects in order to achieve continuity and dynamism in social and economic life.
