الملخص

Through this study, we aim to reveal the relationship of transformative leadership dimensions (idealized influence, intellectual stimulation, individual considerations) to organizational communication in the economic institution of “Al Salam Bank”. To achieve this, we relied on the analytical survey approach, which enabled us to process the data and information we obtained by distributing a questionnaire to an intentional sample of 30 subordinate workers, as well as using the statistical packaging program v26 as a statistical analysis tool. The study concluded several findings, the most important of which was that there was a strong statistically significant direct correlation at the significance level of 0.05 between transformative leadership dimensions and organizational communication from the subordinates’ point of view in Al Salam Bank.
