الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على أهم الأليات الوطنية والدولية لمكافحة الجرائم الإلكترونية، باعتبارها أنها من الموضوعات الحديثة التي فرضت نفسها بقوة على المستوىن الوطني والدولي على والتي تطرح على المشرع الجنائي ضرورة مواجهتها باجراءات قانونية حاسمة ورادعة لمكافحتها وعقاب مرتكبيها، ولعل هذه الدراسة من الأهمية بمكان لإلقاء الضوء على مفهوم وطبيعة أساليب وإجراءات مكافحة الجرائم الإلكترونية، مع ابداء الرأي والمقترحات بشأن المفاصل المهمة في ارساء قواعد موضوعية وإجرائية تتكامل فيما بينها لتشكل حلقات الحماية للمصالح الاجتماعية المتعاظمة في أمن الحاسوب وتكنولوجيا المعلومات المعاصرة. This research aims to identify the most important national and international mechanisms for combating cybercrime, as it is one of the recent issues that have imposed itself strongly at the national and international levels, and which poses to the criminal legislator the need to confront them with decisive and deterrent legal measures to combat them and punish the perpetrators. Perhaps this study is of great importance to shed light on the concept and nature of methods and procedures for combating cybercrime, while expressing opinions and proposals on the important joints in establishing objective and procedural rules that are integrated with each other to form circles of protection for the growing social interests in computer security and contemporary information technology.
