الملخص
اهتمت جرائد الثورة التحريرية ممثلة في جريدتي المقاومة والمجاهد بنشر مقالات تحث المجاهدين على الالتزام بالبعد الإنساني في نضالهم ضد الاستعمار الفرنسي ومختلف العمليات العسكرية التي يقومون بها ضد الجيش الاستعماري وجنوده، ونشرت مقالات أخرى تفضح من خلالها خرق الاستعمار للقانون الدولي الإنساني بالجزائر، فعلى الرغم من القمع الذي كان المجاهدون يتعرضون له من طرف الاستعمار الفرنسي، وخرقه بذلك لكل القوانين الدولية الإنسانية زمن الحروب ورغم عدالة القضية الجزائرية، إلا أنهم في مقابل ذلك اهتموا في كفاحهم ضده بتطبيق الأعراف والقوانين الإنسانية الخاصة باحترام حقوق الإنسان، خاصة ما تعلق بعدم استهداف المدنيين من جهة وعدم الغدر بالعدو ومعاملة الأسرى والجرحى معاملة إنسانية من جهة أخرى ، وسنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة العلمية توضيح هذا الاهتمام وتحليل ما كتبته الجريدتان حول هذا الموضوع. Although the Algerian revolutionaries have a right and their cause is just, and despite the oppression they were subjected to by French colonialism, and its violations of all The newspapers of the liberation revolution, represented by the newspapers Al-Muqawama and Al-Mujahid, were interested in publishing articles urging the mujahideen to adhere to the human dimension in their struggle against French colonialism and the various military operations they carry out against the colonial army and its soldiers, and published other articles exposing colonial violations of international humanitarian law in Algeria, despite the oppression Which the Mujahideen were subjected to by the French colonialism, and its violations of all international humanitarian laws in times of wars, and despite the justice of the Algerian cause, in return for that, they cared in their struggle against it by applying humanitarian norms and laws related to respect for human rights, especially with regard to not targeting civilians on the one hand and not Betraying the enemy and treating the prisoners and the wounded humanely on the other hand, and we will try through this scientific paper to clarify this concern and analyze what the two newspapers wrote on this subject.
