الملخص
تستكشف هذه الدراسة تاريخ طويل من النضال العمالي المنظم، الذي رافق مسار العمل المأجور منذ بداياته الأولى، فكان صمام الأمان الذي يعيد ضبط العلاقة بين العمال وبين أرباب العمل في كل مرة، ويعيد تكييفها بما يسمح بتحقيق عمل أفضل وفق شروط عمل أفضل. وقد عملنا في هذه الدراسة على تفكيك الوعي العمالي في ظل عصر العمل المأجور إلى أبعاد تم اختيارها بعناية، من خلال اطلاعنا على عديد الدراسات المتخصصة، ومن خلال خلفيتنا المعرفية والميدانية، وقد تم اختيار هذه الأبعاد باعتبارها تعبر عن أهم النقاط الجوهرية التي استأثرت بكثير من الاهتمام، ويعد فهمها مقدمةً مناسبة من أجل فهم العلاقة بين العامل ورب العمل في ظل علاقة العمل المأجور. Abstract This study explores a long history of organized labor struggle, which has accompanied the paid course of work since its inception, and was the safety valve that resets the relationship between workers and employers each time, and re-adapts it to allow for better work on better working conditions. In this study, we worked to dismantle the awareness of workers in the era of paid work to carefully selected dimensions, through our knowledge and field background, and these dimensions have been chosen as reflecting the most important points of interest, and their understanding is an appropriate introduction to understanding the relationship between the worker and the employer in the context of the paid work relationship.
