الملخص
الملخص: يدرس هذا البحث فترة الاحتلال الفرنسي لموريتانيا وتحديدا المقاومة العسكرية، هاته القوة الاستعمارية الكبرى التي تحكمت في مسار المغرب العربي عامة، ثم بدأت في التواجد بالمنطقة لأغراض تجارية ثم تبعتها برحلات استكشاف، موريتانيا المنطقة التي تمثل الطريق التجاري الرابط بين إفريقيا وأوروبا، والخط الواصل بين شمال أفريقيا وغربها، أسالت لعاب الكثير من الدول الأوروبية للظفر بها، لتكون أخيرا من حظ فرنسا، التي اتخذت تكتيكا حربيا، ابتدأته بالتدخل السلمي عن طريق الاتفاق مع الإمارات الموريتانية المستقلة في سلطتها عن بعضها، ثم صار اخضاعا عسكريا نتيجة المقاومة الوطنية الرافضة للاستعمار، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها في البحث، أن احتلال موريتانيا لم يكن عرضيا، بل كان مخططا ومدروسا منذ القرن السابع عشر، لأن احتلال موريتانيا ووضعها تحت الهيمنة الفرنسية المباشرة ، كان يلبي رغبة ملحة للفرنسيين وبشكل جدي إلى إحكام الربط بين مستعمراتهم في شمال إفريقيا وغربها. الكلمات المفتاحية : الاحتلال الفرنسي؛ موريتانيا؛ عسكريا المقاومة الوطنية This research studies the period of the French occupation of Mauritania, specifically the military resistance, this major colonial power that controlled the course of the Maghreb in general, then began to be present in the region for commercial purposes and then followed it with exploration trips, Mauritania The region, which represents the trade route linking Africa and Europe, and the line connecting North and West Africa, made many European countries salivate to win it, to finally be the luck of France, which adopted a war tactic, initiated by peaceful intervention through an agreement with the independent Mauritanian emirates in its authority from Some of them then became military subjugation as a result of the national resistance that rejected colonialism, One of the most important findings that we reached in the research is that the occupation of Mauritania was not accidental, but rather was planned and studied since the seventeenth century, because the occupation of Mauritania and placing it under direct French domination, was meeting the urgent desire of the French and seriously to tighten the link between their colonies in North and West Africa
