الملخص
تهدف دراستنا في تقييم نظم المعلومات الإدارية المستخدمة بمديرية الشباب والرياضة بالجزائر والتي غالبا ما يستعملها إطارتها خلال إنجازهم لمهامهم، والتطرق لأهم وسائل نظم المعلومات وكيفية استغلالها، ومن ثم التعرف على مصادر المعلومات ، حيث اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي، التساؤل العام، واستخدمنا في جمع البيانات أداة الاستبيان ،وتمثلت عينة الدراسة في اطارات مديريات الشباب والرياضة البالغ عددهم 44 ، وقد كان تساؤل العام كالآتي ما واقع استخدام نظم المعلومات الادارية لدى اطارات الشباب والرياضة بالجزائر؟، ومن أهم النتاج المتوصل إليها : أنه يوجد نظام معلومات مستخدم في مديريات الشباب والرياضة بدرجة إحصائية مرتفعة، وعليه يوصي بإدخال عناصر أنظمة تجهيز مكاتب ونظم دعم القرارات ونظم المعلومات الإدارة العليا بدء باستغلال الإمكانيات غير المستغلة للنظام الحالي ومرورا بتزويده بتجهيزات وبرامج أكثر تطورا. وهذا للاستفادة من ميزات هذه النظم وهذه التكنولوجيا في إنتاج قرارات ذات فعالية عالية. Our study aims at evaluating the management information systems used in the Directorate of Youth and Sports in Algeria, which are often used by its frameworks during the completion of their tasks, and to address the most important means of information systems and how to exploit them, and then identify the sources of information, where we followed the descriptive approach, the general question, and we used in data collection the questionnaire tool The sample of the study was represented in the 44 youth and sports directorates, and the general question was as follows: What is the reality of using management information systems among youth and sports directors in Algeria?. Among the most important results reached: that there is an information system used in the directorates of youth and sports with a high statistical degree, and accordingly it is recommended to introduce the elements of office equipment systems, decision support systems and information systems for senior management, starting by exploiting the untapped capabilities of the current system and passing through providing it with more advanced equipment and programs. This is to take advantage of the advantages of these systems and this technology in producing highly effective decisions.
