الملخص
ملخص: الجودة مبدأ من مبادئ المرافق العمومية، ومرفق الضمان الاجتماعي من أهم المرافق التي يجب أن تحقق هذا المبدأ، لكنه يواجه مجموعة من العراقيل السياسية والاقتصادية والإدارية في الدول النامية. تساهم المنظمات الدولية في المساعدة من خلال مجموعة من التوجيهات والتوصيات التي حاولنا تحليلها في هذا المقال من أجل الخروج بمعايير لجودة خدمة الضمان الاجتماعي. ولقد توصلنا في نهاية مقالنا إلى صياغة معايير لجودة مرفق الضمان الاجتماعي تناولت جوانبه الحقوقية والسلوكية والإدارية، بحيث ينتج عن توافرها تحقق مستوى عالي من رضا المنتفعين به. Abstract: The principle of quality is one of the most important principles of public services, and the social security service is one of the most important services that must achieve this principle, but it faces a set of political, economic and administrative obstacles in developing countries. International organizations contribute to help through a set of guidelines and recommendations that we have tried to analyze in this article in order to come up with standards for the quality of the social security service. We have reached to formulate standards for the quality of the social security service that dealt with its legal, behavioral and administrative aspects, so that their availability results in achieving a high level of satisfaction of its beneficiaries
