الملخص
ملخص: نظرا لتفاقم الجرائم المتصلة بتكنولوجيات الإعلام و الاتصال دفع بالمشرع الجزائري إلى استحداث آلية جديدة تسمى بالقطب الجزائي الوطني من اجل مكافحة هذه الجرائم وذلك بموجب تعديل قانون الإجراءات الجزائية لسنة 2021. وهذا نتيجة لجسامة الآثار المترتبة عنها و تميزها بالطابع المنظم او العابر للحدود الوطنية أو مساسها بالنظام و الأمن العمومين. هذا جعل المشرع الجزائري يواكب هذا الاستحداث بايجاد نصوص قانونية جديدة تكافح هذا النوع من الجرائم التي تعتمد على وسائل مستحدثة في ارتكابها و التي ترتبط بتطورات علمية وتقنية مما استدعى الى وضع استيراتيجية من اجل الحد من هذا النوع من الجرائم. Abstract: In view of the increase in crimes related to communication and media technologies, the Algerian legislator has prompted the development of a new mechanism called the Specialized National Criminal Pole in order to combat these crimes under the amendment of the Code of Criminal Procedures for the year 2021 In view of the gravity of the consequences arising from it and its distinction with an organized or transnational nature, or its prejudice to public order and security This made the Algerian legislator keep pace with this development by creating new legal texts that combat this type of crimes that rely on new means to commit them and that are linked to scientific and technical developments This necessitated the development of a strategy to reduce this type of crime.
