شارل دي فوكو في الجنوب الغربي الجزائري ـ المهمة المزدوجة- (ضمن ملتقى التأصيل التاريخي والأنثروبولوجي للجنوب الغربي الجزائري)

الملخص
الملخص: إن منطقة الجنوب الغربي الجزائري وسكانها قد لفتت أنضار الباحثين والمؤرخين من عهد قديم، وقد خُصّت بدراسات لا زال معينها لم ينضب بعد، وهذه المكانة الإستراتيجية التي يحظى بها الجنوب الغربي الجزائري جعلت فرنسا تقوم بدراسة مخططها الاستعماري من عدة جوانب منها إرسال بعثات علمية واستكشافية بمعية الحملات العسكرية إلى الصحراء للاستطلاع ودراسة ومعاينة ثقافة وتركيبة تلك المجتمعات المحافظة، وذلك تحضيرا للتوغل نحوها وتفكيكها والسيطرة عليها، وهذا ما حاولت تجسيده من خلال بعثها للجاسوس "شارل دي فوكو" لتحقيق هذه المهمة. وعليه فالهدف من هذا البحث هو معالجة هذه القضية لمعرفة مدى مساهمة الدراسات الاستعمارية للجنوب الغربي الجزائري لاحتلاله، ومعرفة تجربة دي فوكو من خلال الوقوف على خطورة أساليبها وانعكاساتها ومن أهم نتائج هذا البحث تعدد مواهب و خبرات دي فوكو العسكرية والدينية، فقد جمع بين الاستكشافات العلمية والاستعلامات العسكرية ومهام التنصيرية فكان "مستكشف علمي وضابط عسكري بزي ديني". Summary: The Algerian southwest region and its population have drawn the attention of researchers and historians from an ancient era. They have been singled out for studies that have not yet been carried out. This strategic position of the Algerian southwest has led France to study its colonial agenda in several respects, including the sending of scientific and exploratory missions, together with military campaigns, to the desert to explore, study and examine the culture and composition of these conservative communities, in preparation for their incursion and dismantling. The purpose of this research is therefore to address this issue in order to determine the extent to which the colonial studies of the Algerian southwest have contributed to its occupation and to learn about de Foucault's experience by assessing the gravity and repercussions of its methods. One of the most important results of this research is the diversity of military and religious talents and expertise of de Foucault.
