خدمات المعلومات بمكتبات وأرشيف المستشفيات ودورها في أداء المهام واتخاذ القرارات: دراسة تحليلية.

الملخص
تلعب المعلومة دورا هاماً ومحورياً في كيان أي مؤسسة أو هيئة أو إدارة، ويظهر هذا الدور من خلال الخدمات التي تقدمها والمزايا التي توفرها في خضم النظام الذي تندرج فيه والبيئة التي تنشط فيها. ضمن هذا السياق، جاءت هذه الدراسة لإلقاء الضوء على مكتبات وأرشيف المستشفيات ودورهما في أداء المهام واتخاذ القرارات. تمثلت إشكالية الدراسة في معرفة نوعية وطبيعة هذه الخدمات على مستوى المستشفيات، ومن ثم التعرف على خصائص ومميزات كل نوع من الوثائق الفرق والعلاقة فيما بينها، أين يظهر للعيان أن خدمات المعلومات بشكل عام والمكتبات والأرشيف بشكل خاص من خلال ما توفره من حلول ومزايا لكل المتدخلين من صناع القرار، مورد استراتيجي هام وقيمة مضافة في أداء المهام واتخاذ القرارات لاسيما في خضم الطوارئ والأزمات وفي قطاع عام وحساس كحال نموذج الدراسة التي بين أيدينا. Abstract: Information plays an important and essential role in the entity of any institution, organization or administration. This role appears through the services and advantages it provides within the system in which it evolves and the environment in which it operates. In this context, this study came to shed light on hospitals’ libraries and archives and their role in performing tasks and making decisions. The problematic of the study was to know the quality and nature of these services at the level of hospitals, and then to identify the characteristics and advantages of each type of document and the relationships between them. Where it appears that information services in general and libraries and archives in particular through what they provide for all the evolved decision makers and an important strategic resource and added value in the performance of tasks and decision- making mainly in the midst of emergences and crises and in a public and sensitive case in the study model that we have.
