ملخص: تنتمي قبيلة اَيث بويحيي إلى القبائل الريفية التي عمّرت منطقة الريف الشرقي المغربي منذ القرن السادس عشر على الأقل، وحول أصولها اختلف الباحثون والمؤرخون الأوائل، كما اختلفوا حول أصول الأمازيغ، غير أن واقع الحال يقول أنها قبيلة أمازيغية تقطن القسم الجنوبي من الريف الشرقي، يمتد نفوذها من العروي شمالا إلى حدود جرسيف جنوبا، تحدها شمالا قبيلة قلعية، ومن الشرق تحدّها قبيلة أولاد ستوت العربية، أما في الغرب فنجد قبيلة لمطالسة القريبة اجتماعيا وثقافيا وحتى لغويا من قبيلة اَيث بويحيي، في حين تُحدُّ من الجنوب بقبائل عربية. تعرَّضت قبيلة اَيث بويحيي لتهميش كبير في التاريخ المعاصر، إذ لم نعثر سوى على إشارات قليلة حولها؛ غالبيتها إسبانية، وذلك بالرغم من دورها الفعّال في المقاومة التحريرية ضد الاستعمار الإسباني مع مطلع القرن العشرين، فالقبيلة خاضت إحدى أكبر المعارك في حرب الريف المغربية وهي معركة "عهد العروي"، بحيث ألحقت بالمستعمر الإسباني هزيمة نكراء كلَّفته أزيد من 2600 من الجنود، وكادت أن تساهم في تحرير مدينة مليلة السليبة، ومع ذلك لم نجد ما يشير إلى أهميتها في كتب التاريخ، من هنا كانت رغبتنا من هذا المقال هو كشف الغموض عن قبيلة اَيث بويحيي وأهلها، من خلال دراسة لأصولها وبنياتها الاجتماعية والسياسية. Abstract: The tribe of Eith Bouyahia belongs to the Rif tribes that have lived in the eastern Rif Moroccan region since at least the sixteenth century, and about its origins the early researchers and historians disagreed, as well as disagreed on the origins of the Amazighs, but the reality of the situation says that it is an Amazigh tribe that inhabits the southern part of the eastern countryside, its influence extends from Aroui in the north to the border of Grasif in the south, bordered to the north by the tribe of Qalaiya, and from the east bordered by the Arab tribe of Awlad Stout, while in the west we find the tribe of Lamtalasa nearby socially, culturally and even linguistically It belongs to the tribe of Eith Bouyahi, while the south is bordered by Arab tribes.\r\nThe tribe of Eith Bouyahia has been greatly marginalized in contemporary history, as we have found few references about it; the majority of them are Spanish, despite their active role in the liberation resistance against Spanish colonialism at the beginning of the twentieth century, the tribe fought one of the largest battles in the Moroccan Rif War, the battle of the 'Era of Aroui', so that it inflicted a terrible defeat on the Spanish colonialist that cost him more than 2600 soldiers, and almost contributed to the liberation of the city of Melilla al-Saliba, yet we did not find any indication of its importance. In the history books, from here it was, Hence our desire from this article was to unravel the mystery of the tribe of Eith Bouyahi and its people, through a study of their origins and social political structures
