الملخص
تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على علم اللسانيات العامة واللسانيات الاجتماعية-باعتبارها فرع من فروع اللسانيات-، وذلك من خلال الوقوف عند مفهوم وموضوع اللسانيات العامة وفروعها، وتصوراتها الكبرى، انطلاقا من المدرسة البنيوية، مرورا بالمدرسة الوظيفية، وصولا إلى المدرسة التوليدية. ثم تخصيص حيز من هذه الورقة للحديث عن علم اللسانيات الاجتماعية - وهو العلم الذي يهتم بدراسة اللغة في علاقتها بالمجتمع-، وذلك من خلال تقديم مفهوم للسانيات الاجتماعية، والحديث عن موضوعها وأهميتها ونشأتها، ثم دراسة العلاقة القائمة بين اللغة والمجتمع، وأخيرا رصد أبرز مباحثها من: تعدد لغوي، وثنائية لغوية، وازدواجية لغوية، واقتراض لغوي... وغيرهم. This research paper seeks to shed light on general linguistics and sociolinguistics-as a branch of linguistics -, by standing at the concept and subject of general linguistics and its branches, and its major perceptions, starting from the structural school, passing through the functional school, leading all the way to the generative school. Then allocating space from this paper to talk about sociolinguistics -which is the science that is interested in the study of language in relation to society - by presenting a concept of sociolinguistics, and talking about its subject , importance and origin, and then studying the relationship between language and society, and finally monitoring its most prominent topics : Multilingualism, Bilingualism, Diglossia, Linguistic borrowing…and others
